We will explore each phase of the tasting: sight, smell, and taste. Each sense is put to the test to discover the different types of wines to be tasted, the stages of tasting, aroma groups, and winemaking techniques with their different ageing processes.
This introductory tasting will be led by Celia Novoa, a Tourism graduate from the University of Girona, WSET Level 2 certified, and a Professional Sommelier certified by the Catalan Sommelier Association.
This tasting includes six to eight high-quality wines, carefully selected with the aim of learning to identify the differences between the various types of wine, their ageing processes, and production methods.
Enjoy this experience in an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing, sharing, and meeting other wine lovers.
To complete the experience, you will enjoy local charcuterie, Iberian cured meats from the finest regions of Spain, Manchego cheese, traditional bread with tomato, and Catalan extra virgin olive oil.
